Frequently Asked Questions

How long until my order ships?

Because everything is hand-poured to order in small batches, orders typically ship within 2 business days. Larger orders or busy periods may take a little longer, but we'll always work to get your scents to you as quickly as we can.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order ships, it typically arrives within 5–8 business days.

What is your return and refund policy?

Scent is personal, and sometimes a fragrance isn't quite what you pictured — we understand. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is in resalable condition: candles and wax melts must be unburned, and room sprays must be at least 3/4 full. If your order arrives damaged, we're glad to offer a refund or replacement — just send us a photo of the broken item and we'll make it right.

How strong are your scents?

We don't cut corners on fragrance. Every product is made with high-quality wax and premium fragrance oils at a high fragrance load, so the scents come through rich and true. Candles are our strongest room-fillers — lit in an average room, they'll scent the whole space. Wax melts use the same high fragrance concentration, but since each melt is smaller than a candle, they shine in smaller or more enclosed rooms. Room sprays are highly concentrated, so just a few spritzes is all you need — a little goes a long way.

What's the difference between a candle, a wax melt, and a room spray?

All three fill your space with scent, just in different ways. A candle is wicked and lit — the flame warms the wax, which releases fragrance into the air as it burns. A wax melt is a small, wickless piece of scented wax; instead of lighting it, you warm it in a wax warmer, and the gentle heat releases the scent with no flame. A room & linen spray is a water-based fragranced mist — think a quick refresh for your space, not a perfume for your skin — that you spray into the air or lightly over fabrics to freshen a room or knock out odors.

Do I need a special warmer for wax melts?

Yes — wax melts are made to be warmed, not lit. You'll need an electric wax warmer or a tea-light warmer designed for melts. Just pop a melt into the warmer's dish and the gentle heat releases the fragrance, no flame required. Don't melt them on a stovetop or in anything that isn't made for wax melts.

How long do your products last?

It depends on the product. Candles burn roughly 40+ hours (6.5 oz) and 60+ hours (12 oz). A single wax melt scents your space across many warming sessions until the fragrance fades. And because room sprays only take a few spritzes at a time, a 4 fl oz bottle lasts a good long while.

What are your products made of?

Quality ingredients, always. Our candles and wax melts use a soy-based wax blend with phthalate-free fragrance oils. Our room sprays are made with distilled water, a plant-based and biodegradable base, and phthalate-free fragrance. Everything is hand-poured in small batches in Texas.

Are your products safe around children and pets?

Generally, yes — with a little common sense. All my candles, wax melts, and sprays are scented with fragrance oils, which tend to be friendlier for allergies than essential oils. Some of those fragrance oils contain small amounts of essential oils, and since everyone — pets included — has a different sensitivity to smell, a few noses may be more affected than others. As long as you're using them in a ventilated space (not, say, burning a candle in a closed-up closet), they shouldn't bother even sensitive sniffers. For what it's worth, I have four dogs and my house stays scented to the max. The room sprays are the most concentrated source of fragrance, so they get one extra note: misting one into a room is no problem, but spraying it directly onto a pet or person can be irritating. So freshen the space, not your dog or your kid. And as always, keep lit candles and hot warmers out of reach of little hands and curious paws, and never leave a flame unattended.

Why don't you use the official character names?

Because the moment is the whole point. I name and build scents around the abilities and moments that stuck with me from anime and video games — not just the most famous character on the poster. Take Gojo: he's awesome and way more recognizable than "Hollow Purple," but it's Hollow Purple that pulls up my core memories of Jujutsu Kaisen, and that's the feeling the scent is built around. Same with Further Beyond — I could've just called it "Goku," and everybody knows Goku, but the name comes from being a kid watching the SS3 transformation for the first time and being absolutely hyped. That's what the scent is designed to capture. Naming everything after main characters feels a little lazy to me, and being honest, leaning into the moments instead of the names probably helps me steer clear of licensing headaches down the road too.

Can you make a scent you don't carry yet?

Possibly! I actually build a lot of my lineup around customer input — I post on social media all the time asking what scents and aesthetics people want to see, and plenty of current products came straight from those conversations. I can't promise every request, but I'd love to hear it. Reach out through the contact form or message me on social media to ask about a specific scent, character, or theme, and it might just become the next release.

How do the bundle discounts work?

Bundles are an easy way to save when you want more than one item. You add items to your cart in the amount the bundle calls for, and the discount applies automatically at checkout — no code needed. For example, with our "buy 4, get 1 free" wax melt bundle, you add 5 melts to your cart and the 5th comes off automatically. Just add in the right amounts to unlock each free item — and if you land between bundle amounts, round up to the next set to get the discount.
